Refund & Cancellation Policy – Dacouturee

At Dacouturee, each piece is crafted with precision, care, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. Please take a moment to review our policy before placing an order.

1. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Ready-to-Ship Dresses

  • When ordering ready made pieces please allow 2=4 business working days to be packed before dispatch

Preorder Dresses (Custom-Made)

  • AT DACOUTUREE all designs are hand made once an order is made, we do not keep stock. As such we kindly request that you allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be made before dispatch. 
  • During busy periods please allow up to 4-5 weeks production time

2. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products, including ready-to-ship and preorder dresses.

  • Preorder dresses are custom-made, which means once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Customers cannot dispute or request a refund on preorder items after the first 24 hours, unless the dress has not been delivered within 45 days from the order date.

3. Cancellation Policy

Ready-to-Ship Orders

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Preorder (Custom-Made) Orders

  • Preorder cancellations are allowed within the first 24 hours only.

  • After 24 hours, the order is locked for production and cannot be canceled, disputed, or refunded unless the item has not been delivered within 45 days.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

  • In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear images of the issue.
