Shipping Policy – Dacouturee

At Dacouturee, we ensure every order is handled with care and delivered as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Overview

  • We ship worldwide from our facility.

  • All orders are shipped directly by us using reliable courier partners.

  • Delivery times may vary by destination due to local courier operations, customs, and other external factors.

2. Ready-to-Ship Dresses

  • These items are in stock and are dispatched within 2–4 business days after the order is placed.

3. Preorder Dresses (Custom-Made)

  • At DACOUTUREE all designs are hand made, we do not keep stock. as such we kindly request that you allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be made before dispatch. 
  • During busy periods please allow up to 4-5 weeks production time

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email 

  • You can use this number to track your package in real time.

5. Delays & Responsibility

  • DACOUTUREE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.

  • Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery, if required by your country’s regulations.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
